When I think of fried chicken, my mom comes to mind yet again. That woman was one utterly amazing cook that was hard to match. She could have opened her own food chain and blown the competition away. But since that ship has sailed, the next best option is to enter and compete to bring home this southern favorite for delicious dining during the year ahead.
