I have been a mother of five for over three decades and a grandmother of eight (and counting) beginning 17 years ago. I have worked in several areas including childcare to dental and orthodontic assisting to writing and fundraising with a few other areas sprinkled in. A lengthy break in between as a stay-at-home mom afforded me the ability to be with my family in the best of times as well as be by my daughter’s side and face life-changing fears when she was diagnosed with type one diabetes at twelve years old.

My Journey to Winning Big and Stretching Dollars

I’ve been an avid sweeper for as long as I can remember. It all started when I realized doors were always open for a chance to win, which in turn saved cash…and I have always been big on stretching a dollar! The coolest thing I’ve ever won was a trip to Jackson Hole Wyoming, which made me realize how much I really do love snow and mountains! I personally am always trying to win contests of all sorts because…a trip can push you to travel, you can discover new items that you never knew existed, taste foods that break culinary boredom and bring home special surprises without having to wreck your wallet. Entering sweepstakes is a little like hoping the magic of Christmas comes early!
