Score Free Wings at Buffalo Wild Wings If The Super Bowl Goes To Overtime
Nothing goes together quite like football and wings, and “Free Wings for America” is here to prove it. For the eighth year running, Buffalo Wild Wings is rolling the dice on the Big Game to give you both. If the Patriots and Seahawks are tied after regulation, everyone in America gets free wings. No purchase necessary, no catch – just show up and claim your six free boneless or traditional wings.
Plus, your chance to win a Buffalo Wild Wings gift card!

Getting Your Hands On Free Wings
The “Free Wings for America” deal is simple. If Super Bowl LX goes into overtime, head to any participating Buffalo Wild Wings on Monday, February 23, between 2-5 p.m. local time. That’s it. Walk in, order six free wings (your choice of boneless or traditional), and enjoy. The offer’s only valid for dine-in and in-person takeout, but there’s no purchase required!
B-Dubs has been making this promise since 2019, and two years ago when the Chiefs-49ers game went into OT, they actually had to pay up. They handed out over 2.5 million comp wings nationwide, but here they are taking the chance again.
Overtime Odds
Let’s talk real numbers. In 59 Super Bowls, only two have gone into overtime, but both happened within the last eight years. That 2017 Patriots-Falcons thriller (the infamous 28-3 comeback) was the first, and 2024’s Chiefs-49ers matchup was the second.
A few recent championship games have also come close. Super Bowl LVII in 2023 saw the Chiefs edge the Eagles 38-35 in regulation – so close to OT. Then there’s last year’s Super Bowl LIX… a blowout with the Eagles demolishing the Chiefs 40-22, so definitely no bonus ballin’ there.

Big Game Deets
The New England Patriots face the Seattle Seahawks on Sunday, February 8, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. ET (3:30 p.m. PT) at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, California. Watch on NBC and Peacock, and if it goes to overtime, mark your calendar for Monday, February 23.
Fun fact: This year’s matchup between the Patriots and Seahawks is actually a rematch of their 2014 Super Bowl showdown, which ended 28-24 in one of the most dramatic finishes ever. If this one’s anywhere near as competitive, we might all be getting wings on the house in a few weeks!
